Inspired Joy Creation, LLC works in conjunction with Printify a U.S. based company who helps us to bring our product designs to life through printing our designs on their products.   For more information on where products from Printify are made, please click on the following link for more information.  Where are Printify products made?

Send an email to support to support@inspiredjoycreation.com and we will assist you with the necessary adjustments.   If your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled. Our team answers all emails in the order they were received.  

We stand behind our products and hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns. Please read the guidelines and instructions below:

Inspired Joy Creation uses a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.  Provide a clear photo showing the issue and we will submit the issue for further processing.  

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that  Inspired Joy Creation, LLC will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do our best to respond to emails the same day they are received. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response from our Customer Support Staff when sending in an email inquiry. Any and all inquires are answered in the order in which they are received. Thank you!
